Question turbo 400 kick down wire location

I am wanting to know where the factory location the turbo 400 passing gear wire(orange wire) goes through the firewall on a 1978 truck.

Re: turbo 400 kick down wire location

On my old 74 model it was located near the accelerator cable.
Look at the firewall under the hood for any tell-tale dimples. If you find one drill it open large enough for a rubber grommet and the wire to fit in tightly... air tight that is.
