best way to remove rad support
i am in the process of removing my rad support on my 67 and i was just wondering what the best way to do it is without taking off the front fenders or front grille. Also, do you know why i cant search anything. it says that i dont have permission everytime i try.

Search is disabled. No one can do it.

LOL....I feel kinda dumb when I ask a question, cause I don't know if it's been covered before, or if it has been repeated over and over. I'm sure that repedative questions can get old.

From what I know, you have to take the front clip apart to get the rad. support out. That's probably not what you wanted to hear but..... I don't see it being possible without doing it.

Yup. Or at least the hood and one fender. The ends of the radiator core are locked into pockets built into the fenders. I guess you'd have to pull the grill too.

I was able to do it with my 69 but not sure on a 67. The fenders will have some give to move side to side once the support is unbolted from them. I had the grill assembly on mine too.

Rad Support
I removed a donor rad support off a salvage 67 about 6 months ago. It took some time to get that thing out but i had to remove the front grille, hood latch and of course the endless amounts of bolts! The fenders stayed on and the hood was also left alone. I hope this helps and good luck with it!
