if they dont do titles in AL and GA, your lucky. old trucks here in AR without titles pretty much become farm trucks or parts trucks. in order to get a lost or bonded title to register a truck or old car, its like pulling teeth. and a good chunk of change. most that have no titles stay untitled due to the effort involved. it can be done, but from talking with people that have gone through it, its a pain in the butt.
