Although I like them all, the '67 is what started it all. My favorite thing about a '67 is the Small Back Glass. I almost feel like cutting up my '72 just to install one, lol.

Great Article, I new i liked my 67' for some reason,

OK I am Partial to the 67' small window, that's because i have one, I have to admit that I like it more everyday.

yep i seen that to! awesome! i am biased to 67 everyone knows but they still should have gave a little more credit to the 71 and 72 for the disk brakes.

The '67's are among my favorite. The small glass looks better but I am a big fan of the large window because I like being able to see out my back window easily. Especially the way people drive these days.

I think it should be for the 67-72. Picking one year from these makes no sense to me as basically, they were all the same thing.

I'm officially naming the 67-72 Chevy trucks the best looking trucks ever produced!

67-72 all the same? Umm, no. Look at the front grills, front parking lights, and Bow Tie placement & report back here.

Two things: First, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, even though this article is on Yahoo, the list actually came from Chevrolet. There is a comment to the effect "Recently Chevrolet...prepared a list of '10 Chevrolet trucks...'". So, Chevy determined the top 10.

Here's where I need some help, or basically I have question. At one point in this article they said "Chevrolet introduced the Silverado name in 1999". Don't know about you folks, but I've had a number of Chevy trucks with the Silverado trim name, and I'm talking model years well before 1999! Agree, or disagree??

And, on a personal note, why they would put the "Colorado" in the top 10 is just beyond me!!

It wasn't worded properly.
Pre-1999 Silverado was a trim level.
After 1999 Silverado referred to the entire line.

We all know that 1960-61 chevy apache c10 was the best looking truck ever made! but I am a very proud owner of a 67 c10. So all in all good stuff.

All I'm saying is these type of "statistics" mean nothing to me,no matter who says it. If Chevrolet did it then it's to do with selling trucks. I mean,come on...2012 Colorado? They just came out for crying out loud. What they mean with '99 being the first Silverado is they stopped making pickup trucks in '98 and started making Silverados instead. Like it's another model of car.

Are we talkin looks alone? My personal fave is the '58. I like all the trucks that were around when I was a kid(mostly '47-'72)....and only three of those made the top ten?? The 2012 colorado?? Hmmm...not really seein that one.

I found it interesting that they sold more trucks in 1929 than they did in 2011. Of course I could have read that wrong. the 2012 Colorado, really, top ten? I liked the article.

For the first time in forever, not a single 67-72 Chevy truck, Blazer, or Suburban on the property! Basically retired and getting the new Motorhome ready for some traveling. Doing a bit of work on the house getting it ready to sell! LOL!!
