Two quick bench seat questions

Anyone know what size bolts work when fastening the bench seat to a truck and also could someone put 3 seat belts across one bench seat?
Thanks

Re: Two quick bench seat questions

I don't know the bolt size. But when I got my 62 it had 2 shoulder belts and a lap belt in the center. It was bolted to the floor at the same point as the buckles for the shoulder belts. I think the P.O. did this. I would not recommend it. I wold not want to be sitting in that center seat if there were an accident. No head rest and only a dashboard to stop your head.

Re: Two quick bench seat questions

You can add a 3rd belt to the bench seat...just be sure to get the proper mounting hardware.

Re: Two quick bench seat questions

I bought a middle seat belt for mine that was a near exact match for my stock lap belt for less than $30. I double stacked the inside anchor points without issue for the middle belt. That's how it's done in a lot of vehicles.
