454 TBI stuck in high idle??????

Hey everyone, I got my 89 454 TBI Suburban put back together after sitting about a year and a half. I had to replace the power steering pump and the smog pump. Time got away from me and it sat a long time. When I cranked it up it started after several spins BUT it's stuck in high idle!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not get it to come down. I've un plugged stuff while it's running and even tapped on the TBI unit with a hammer. I don't know if the injectors are just stuck wide open, or something that sends the signal to pump for high idle is stuck. This truck ran perfect before, and now I need to sell it!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
