Been thinking about getting a new truck. ???

Ok guys right now im 22 and getting ready to finish school and i want to buy a good reliable truck with a good amount of power so naturally im getting a chevy lol. My question is what are your guys opions on a 2009 silverado 4x4 LTZ with the 6.2L in it.

Iv been looking on ebay and some dealers and ive been finding these trucks with 30,000 miles on them for about $25,000 and its oretty close to my limit at what i want to pay being right out of school. I just want to make sure it is worth it and that ill be happy with my choice.
