Which Drop?
I am just starting out on my 1964 Short Step and am working from the ground up. I will be taking the cab off in the next week or so and then preping the frame to get started. I am doing suspension and disc brakes all the way around.
I am trying to decided on how low to go, I want the truck to be very drivable but also want it to look agressive. I am also not sure about the c-notch. I have been thinking 2.5/4 kit but hear I should really do the 4/6. What is your opinion and pictures would be great? Thanks, Jay |

Re: Which Drop?
I dropped 4 in the rear with springs, adjustable cross link, dropped shocks . In the front I went with a modular spindel and 1 drop on the springs. So that comes out 3 1/2 front 4 rear. It should a have a slight rake to it once the engine in in the frame.

Re: Which Drop?
If you want to play it safe I wouldn't go any lower than 4/4.
