c/k10 & c/k20 leaf springs the same??

i'm getting new leafs and was wondering if the c/k10 and the c/k20 leaf springs the same??

what's the difference?? is it the size, in length?? or would it have more leafs, so to make it stiffer.

Yes to all of the above. You can get any combination of leaves that you need to suit the carry capacity that you want. I have seen people put 3/4 ton leaf packs on 1/2 ton trucks, and vice a versa. What you need to be sure of is the length of the spring that you are replacing. Certain years took a longer spring than others. Also the width of the leaf at the spring eye/ shackle is different for different years.

So be sure to know what year truck you are dealing with and the overall length of the main leaves. How it rides and how much you can carry depends on the spring packs that you buy (how many leaves).

What are the differences between a 3/4 and 1/2 ton front leaf springs? I have a 1971 1/2 ton and I need to put new springs under the front. I want to make sure I do it right but I am also on a limited budget.

here are my 3/4 front springs on my 72 1/2 ton frame. they fit right on

The fronts can be the same. 1/2 tons came with either 2 or 3 front springs depending on how it was ordered and 3/4 tons came with 3 springs. All the 3 leafers are the same as far as I know.
