Re: Tri Plus Stepside fenders question

I've posted alot of questions about body panels on here, and there is so much speculation about this subject most everyone seems to think all parts come from same place theres i guess only afew stamping machine outthere and they are used n abused with that said i personally think this if you can use original without major bodywork n time go for it otherwise by new it save alot of well bodywork n time i think as long as you take care it it as in garage kept and dont drive on crappy days you will be fine as far as it rotting out again alot of people get pissy when they buy something and it is not a perfect fit so do be prepared to have issues like panal alignment n spacing you could have a perfect replacement panel and think its junk but its not the panel its your 40 plus year old frame thats tweaked so be patient i will be buying mostly new shortly ive considerd dynacorn to be good stuff but people diagree TRIPLUS has to my knowledge a good reputation the other that i think is good is keyparts remember you might get a bad piece its the luck of the draw i guess goodluck sorry bout the long post
