i sure think it is correct, you did see that i changed it, it is a washer jar and not a recovery tank correct . thanks mike , if you want it i will send you my paypal or you can mail me a check

When I look up the part (3840083) number on Tim Tygart's Obsolete Chevy Parts, it lists it as 1960-1969. However, that number most likely gets superseded by 3990892 1970-1984. I believe it's the same part created with the same tooling. And yes, 67cheby, you are correct, it is a washer bottle. I am sure sammyrasmea72 knows that it's a washer bottle. He owns more NOS parts than you can shake a stick at
