Fuel Filter Question

So my fuel filter is all twisted so I am going to buy a new one...Is their a better filter choice of filter then what I currently have? I ve seen similar at advanced auto on the racks but If im going to replace it I would rather get something that will be good..

the glass ones like tht crack the plastic ones can melt.. get a solid tin one
