Not much, really. I removed the climate controls and the radio. I have an extra payday in March that I'm planning to use to buy a cherry picker, engine stand, and a welder. Then I can get the engine out, cab off, and start working on the frame and replacing sheet metal on the cab.

I ordered led bulbs for the gauges in both trucks today. Also sold my 8 lug 20's today, so it looks like I will be ordering sheet metal to fix the crew.

Finally got the seat upholstery done and back in the truck and the door panels are going back together! Lots of NOS parts and some custom work as well!

Also got the subwoofer box going!

They are the ones with 5 led's per bulb, 1 on top and 1 on each side. They were $7.50 for 10 of them shipped to my door off of ebay. I will let you know how they perform once installed.
