new truck. where to start? ideas?
hey guys i just picked up this beauty. its a 1969 chevy c10 longbed. thats all i know so far got it off the trailer today and rewired the spark plug wires and threw a battery in it and it started right up. this is going to be a long project seeing as i have my 01 s10 right now. once thats done this thing is going under the knife. let me know what you guys thing and any ideas you have. ill post some pics i have of it.
heres the 69 on the trailer heres some of the s10 i am currently dropping all my cash into heres the 67 chevy that i will be stealing parts of its a 3/4 ton so i am not into fixing to much of it up. ha so ill steal the front clip and other parts as i go. well thanks for looking guys. post on what you think or ideas or anything really. |

First off welcome. second off you could send me that grille as many others will tell you that 69-70 grill stuff is kinda hard to get. Ideas well lets see . Get it to drive and stop safely. Then you can use it to chase down parts for your sdime. puuting on the 67-68 style front is a popular swap just a reminder the core support is different so when you get that far be sure to change it as well or else your headlamps are gonna be in a funny spot. enjoy your new project and this site.
