New Bumper
I ordered and received in a front smooth chrome bumper from Top Banana, it fits good and looks good....but will have to take some getting use to, different look. I will have to put the headlights with the turn signals built in, wanted to make sure I liked the front bumper first.

Re: New Bumper
Looks like a nice product,...but I'm not sure I like that on your blazer.
I like the stock 71-72 bumpers.

Re: New Bumper
i agree, something just looks off with that bumper. Strange to say, almost TOO much chrome? Needs a license plate or something....

Like you blazer also, Something about the bumper reminds me of someone with their mouth taped shut.

Re: New Bumper
I like the look of the bumper for a 1970 model. I might get one, do they make one for the rear?

Re: New Bumper
Thanks!! and I know what some of you mean by looking different, it is a change. I don't run a front license plate anyways, I am going to try the bumper for awhile....it is such an easy swap, if I decide different. If I keep it on I need to get the smooth rear one when it comes out also.
$299 plus shipping

Re: New Bumper
I wonder if you would move it up an inch if it would look a little more tied in with the grill? I like the smooth look too, but from the front it looks a little disjointed that low and far away from the bottom of the grill. Bringing it up a bit might help, just my opinion though.

Re: New Bumper
I think it looks pretty cool. Bet it's hard to do it justice in pics. Need to pic up these headlights. I'm pretty impressed with the quality. Just put them in today (yes, the grill is just loosely on there.)

Re: New Bumper
I like the look, in my state of Washington we are required to have a front plate. Theres an interesting story about the law for front plates in Texas, you guys got lucky. ; Texas License Plates Become Optional
Texas legislature accidentally deletes penalty for failing to display a license plate.Source: PDF File House Bill 2357 (Texas Legislature, 6/17/2011)
