window question

Im cleaning up my windows and getting ready to put them in...
the steel part that is glued to the bottom of the window for the window regulater is really rusted and loose on one of my rear windows...is there anyone that makes new ones?? how do i replace this..any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't tell you if anyone makes the window channel but they are just pressed on using glass setting tape. Any glass shop will have the glass setting tape. It comes in different thicknesses. After you find the window channel I would take it to a glass shop and have them re-set it. I have done it myself but that is tempered glass and if you do something wrong you will have a nice little pile of glass fragments.... You have to tap the old one off of the glass and tap the new one on. Be sure and mark the glass so you get it back in the same place and the right direction...
