what is this called

does anyone know what this was called? I know its part truck part Suburban. I would love to build one this is my wifes grandfathers truck in this picture. Is there any other pictures on the site of one.

Canopy Express, marketed to food, fruit, veggie, etc vendors and delivery people that needed a covered space but easy access to sell or get to the stuff they were delivering.

I think the originals were built off a Panel Truck body, not the suburban... this is just a guess though, because I think the panel truck would be cheaper and a cleaner slate to modify.

The engineer I work with, grandfather has one. I think it is a GMC. I am supposed to go see it and when I do I will get pictures. He keeps saying that I need it. I agree. I just need a place to hide it, because if I come home with another one she will kill me!
