lets see your 8 lug tire &wheel combo
I just picked up a 67' 2wd camper special, and would just like to have a visual of what some of those 8 luggers look like around here.

16.5 x 9.75 slots and 16.5 x 9.75 steelies and caps.

Keep in mind that 67 did not have power steering, so you may want to stick with a narrow wheel and tire. It will make it alot easier for tight space manuvering. I have seen a few trucks with these wheels on them and they look great. 16" by 6.5" These are GM wheels from the 2000-2009 Body styles. Good luck with your truck. John

These were on one of my parts trucks. I just cleaned them up and polished them. They are 10x 16.5
