Nice covers! Just a note to mention, GM often used the 4X4 front covers with the hole under the center caps for 2wd full wheel covers, so these nice caps could be used by someone trying to build a very nice set of 2wd covers as well. Sharpie

Thanks for the info ! I bought them from a older man on craigslist over the phone with no pics , i said there dogdish hubcaps for 1/2 ton 4x4 right he said oh yeah and there are nice shape said he had them for years in the attic and just found them awhile back when he was cleaning it out , and they are in nice shape but i think he thought these were called dogdish hubcaps and miss understood me and when i got them i didnt have the heart to tell him they werent quiet what i was looking for when he called to make sure i got them , nice old feller and i ended up talking for a few minutes on the phone about cars and trucks and did nt know the man from anywhere, my mistake for not making sure he knew what i ment by dogdish caps not his no big deal.

I know the feeling, just bought a set of "1972" Blazer buckets. I didn't have the heart to tell the guy they were 78 vintage after hearing his life story and how much he missed the 72 they came out of. Sharpie

Its just part of it ! Only thing that bothered me was i was exited to get them cause i have 4 73 to 76 2x4 dogdishs and needed the 4x4 ones cause i got my 15x8 steels at the powdercoater and should get them monday and was wanting to go to the tire place and get them put on but no biggie to wait a little longer on some caps
