I have been working in attaching the new bracket converting my 67 cab to 72 gas pedal linkage. I did not realize the problem otherwise I would have welded in the holes in firewall. I used longer screws to attach bracket and put rubber washer and steel washer to cover holes. I have also been restoring the steerring column and fixing a exhaust manifold. New harness and radio should be here soon.

Where did you get the seal for the steering shaft?

I did not replace it. Why is there a problem finding one?

i take it LMC and other distributors don't carry it?
