Yes it will. The only difference is you need to eliminate the 3pcs of grille surround (69-72) and use the 67/68 top bar/filler. The top bars are riveted to the grille. The 67/68 top bar is painted sheet metal painted body color. They aren't reproduced,so you'll need to locate a good used one. That is the hardest part.
