Re: The cleanest long bed i've ever seen

I would love it but I already have mine in the body shop and they started the work or I would have been all over this one. Still thinking about it though. I would love to convert mine to a wood bed even though my metal floor is straight as an arrow. I will let you know in a few days if I can do anything. I am just a little gun shy of what is under the paint. I got burned bad once already on a cab in the summer.

Baisicly want to understand what repairs or welding or filling have been done. I don't want a big surprise if I take the paint of. I am sure some repair work has been done I just want to understand what.

Also where is the rest of the truck?

Thanks
Kevin

Re: The cleanest long bed i've ever seen

From what i understand the truck was be built for a gentlemen who passed away close to the end of the build , and his widow asked the body shop to sell the project. by the time the bed got to me everything was gone. I am calling my buddy today to get more info on the bed. as soon as i find out i'll get back to you. thanks for your time. tony
