Tires for 63 Chevy short bed stepside
I'm lowering my 63 chevy 2.5" up front with drop spindles and 3" in the rear with coil springs. Going with wide white wall tires, what would be a good size tire to use, I'm putting them on 15" wheels. I don't want real wide tires any suggestions thanks.

Re: Tires for 63 Chevy short bed stepside
Welcome Fred. I would run around a 225/70 to a 235/70.

Re: Tires for 63 Chevy short bed stepside
You say you want wide whitewalls...
radial or bia-ply? Bias= L78-15 rears G78-15 front OR 6.70-15 all around Radial...Im not a fan of 70 series. I like 75 series because they are more narrow. So, 215-75-15 front or 225-75-15 rear on 6 or 7" wheels My .02
