I added this 48 gallon auxillary fuel tank. Today I will fill it up if I can afford too! I will easily get over 1000 miles per fill up though and that will be nice.

I pulled the trigger and bought a new overdrive tranny....

It looks like the 2004r will swap right into my truck as is. No need to move the crossmember, no need to get a new drive shaft (except the yoke change). So it made since to just go with the 200. The gear ratio in the 200 is almost the same as the th400, just a tad lower. So no loss there, just gain with over drive. It just made since all around! |

Thanks for the info, I have to change a 72 Gm from 3spd standard to 4spd auto, will have to be careful in length and see which is the same. Is there any electrical to it for 4th lockup or just tv cable adjustment.
