What is this cowl flap thingy?

In trying to get this flap out of my cowl, I managed to break off the one end of it. I assumed "cowl flap" but I don't think that's the name.

Anyone know the right name, and if its reproduced? Or will I need to find one used?

Thanks!
Dave

controls fresh air recirulate for the air conditioning, yes they reproduced but the repops are not as good as the oem and it looks like yours was in pretty good shape. Did you break the plastic bushing at the rear as well? that is a hard to find piece...

Re: What is this cowl flap thingy?

No, everything else is fine except the shaft broke off the end. The plastic plate and all that is fine. Thanks for the lead!
