Re: Installed My Fuel Cell
Wow, what was required to install it? I see the traps on top but what about anything supporting it from underneath? Fuel sender came with it?

Re: Installed My Fuel Cell
The bottom straps are of a 78' blazer and run left to right only had to drill one extra hole for the straps. I was going to put the gas tank out of the 78' also but because I have a short box it was to big I took the rear support bracket out and replaced it wit 3 1/2" channel and moved back 3"

Re: Installed My Fuel Cell
I want a similar set up on my '73 frame. What parts does one need to buy to "plumb" it? I've been looking at sites like ebay etc. and havent found a kit per se to hook these cells up. Thanks
el_bole P.S. You metioned that you used a '78's straps for the left to right support of fuel cell, do you have pics? Any welding involved? |
