Bumper Guards

These were pulled from a 72. One has surface rust bubbling through the chrome and the other has a side pushed in a bit. Both rubber pieces are scuffed up. These will work good for someone that wants to use them for pushing, not for looks. $32 shipped.
Thanks,
Ray

Re: Bumper Guards

Hey Ray those would also look good on any 40 year old unrestored "survivor" 72 truck. Good price

Re: Bumper Guards

I think you can get new inserts, but you would be better off starting with a cleaner set than mine.
Thanks,
Ray

They can be rebuilt. I had a set about the condition as this set, I sanded them down, straightened them with a hammer and dolly, bought some NOS rubber inserts from Mike, then coated them to match my front bumper. They could have been re-chromed though. Here is the results. Hope this helps

Re: Bumper Guards

That would be the way to restore mine and use them with a painted bumper.
