What wheel width do you have on your 67 - 72 truck?

I've got a 68 stepside that still has the factory wheels on it. I'm trying to decide whether to put 8" or 10" wide wheels on it. I'm thinking about Miickey Thompson Classic II wheels and perhaps the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Radial. I'd like something that's going to fill out the wheel well without going overboard or extending out past the fenders.

What size wheels are you using on your truck?

Thank You
Troy

now i have 31 in tires on my truck from previous owner. im gonna put 295/50/15s which will be very fat and stick out alittle. but if your gonna put low pros, 275 60 15s have plenty of side wall and fit very well on 15x10s. 15x8s will suck tires in. 15x10s make them sit well.

Re: What wheel width do you have on your 67 - 72 truck?

Thanks for the info and pictures. No low profiles going on my truck, I'll be using the truck as a truck! It's a C-30 and I'll be hauling and towing some heavy loads, but I'll also be fixing it up to show nicely as well.

Thank You

I have deep dish 15 X 10's on the back of my stepside and they stick out a touch. Not sure if a C30 axle would be the same length so might be alot different on your truck.

Here's a few pics:
