WTB a lot of stuff
I'm trying to find some stuff that I can pick up for a 72 blazer during my trip from Fort Collins CO to Walla Walla WA to avoid paying shipping, since some of them are bigger things.
What I need: Blazer gas tank uncut, non-AC dash, preferably ochre Radio delete, ochre Windshield Black blazer carpet Good lower door inner & outer panels Exterior door handles Chrome hubcaps for front wheels on 4x4 New repro bezel (for optional gauges truck) Good condition white bumbers Saddle steering wheel/dash pad swing away tire carrier/ hardware Towns I'll be passing through: Fort Collins Wyoming Larimie Rawlins Rock springs Evanston Utah Ogden Tremonten Snowville Idaho Burley Twin Falls Mountain Home Boise Oregon Ontario Baker La Grande Pendleton Milton I'll be leaving CO around May 22, probably stop in Idaho for the night and keep going the next day. I realize that some of this stuff is a long shot, but I'd kick myself if I missed out because I didn't ask. If someone has multiple things on the list. I sold my truck and am buying a blazer, and the balance is burning a hole in my pocket, so let me know what you've got. I'll probably end up adding to the list. |

Re: WTB a lot of stuff
I have a poly tank out of my 72 blazer as well as the filler neck and hoses and straps, just not the bolts for the straps they broke while removing it.

I have a saddle dash pad, dash bezel, and I may let go of a swing out spare tire cover(not sure on this one yet). I also have a guy I can hook you up with in the Boise area for your windshield.

Re: WTB a lot of stuff
72blazer, thanks for the offer, but I don't think I'll be taking the Virginia route
themb2g, also not going through Portland, although I might look into your stuff when I get to WA. Thanks! Truckseats, sounds good and I'll keep in touch. I'm going to be looking at a swing out carrier next week and I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks! Also, if you have something on the list let me know what you want for it so I know to stop looking. Re: WTB a lot of stuff
I have an uncut dash, is red and has some smoke damage due to a fire in the rear of the blazer but is still good, have a radio delete somewhere too, just have to look for it. I also have a swing away carrier that I probably wont use, I don't think I have all the brackets for it but i would make ya a good deal on it all. I even think I have the exterior handles too. I am about 45 minutes from Burley Idaho so I could meet ya there if you wanted.
Let me know if there is anything else you might need as I have 2 blazers I have been parting and a suburban too. Dave |
