No worries Nice job on the ID BTW. 1ton, motor 1 was a 283, motor 4 (the one in the pic) is just what warren says it is, Motor 2 or 3 could have been a 396. When you talk to the original owner, hopefully he can tell you. One thing for sure, you guys are going to have a blast working on your truck. I love the 1ton's, and yours is very cool. Can't wait to see it as you guys progress. Your cab corners have been replaced. Who ever did the job, did a good job, so maybe you can find them again. Very nice truck man!

decided to make a little more room and take the back board off, but also had to take the old tool boxes off to get to a couple bolts holding the backboard on the bed frame so i can measure the truck out for a vehicle tent so my neighbors dont have to look at it (not that i care) but also so we dont have to work out in the elements. the truck looks much smaller now, i dont think that back window has been exposed in 30 years haha.
