new from north carolina
i've had a few 67-72 trucks thru the years and my wife talked me into building 1 more for her to drive around with the kids and dogs(she did'nt have to talk to hard...lol)...heres the run down on the truck...1969 cst shortbed green on green 1 owner with factory gauges,350 th350 truck and un-molested until now...so here what it is now,ls1 with a mti c2 cam, edelbrock dual plane intake, hooker block hugger headers,700r4 with a vet conv. and do-dads,750vacum secondary carb...what i need to do now is lower it a few inches, find me some factory 6 lug hub cap rims to throw on there and i'll be a happy camper....thanks for having me on here and hopefully i'll get to make some new friends...billy

Re: new from north carolina
Thanks, and yeah that was me. My 3 year old was begging for french fries.
This is a great site. You can search about anything on here ... it doesnt matter if you want to swap out your 350 for a LS6 or a Duramax diesel, somebody has already done it, or is currently working on it. So, you wont find a better forum. The only advice I can give is... get some pics of your truck uploaded on here Everybody wants to see what you are working on. I'll be anxious to see it, so i know if I've seen it running around town before.

Re: new from north carolina
look in the classifieds, there is probably some on there.
And, if that doesnt pay off, you can become a premium member and post a classified ad looking for some. It's like $25/year, but there is a lot of benefits to it. Definitely worth it in my opinion. I've sold a bunch of parts on here. I try to stay away from ebay, because there is a lot of great guys on here. By the way... we dont care if your truck is done. They never are. haha.

Re: new from north carolina
He's kinda close to us... I guess we could just drive over and get 'em ourselves, haha. Actually he's closer to Burdic.
But, I guess since nobody else did, I will...
