seat mounting

i have a 72 blazer and in my build i decided to rhino line my entire floor so i welded up all the holes then rhino lined it. i was planning on installing a 3/8 bolt with large washer on bottom and a finger style washer to hold the bolt in place. my problem now is i forgot about the rocker boxes. i cant pass the bolts from underneath because they are in the way. any suggestions on how to mount the seats. the two holes drilled in the pic were where i was going to relocate the seat brackets to allow the seat to go back as far as possible. please help!Name: blazer floor.jpg

Re: seat mounting

Why can't you pull the rocker box end cap off?
