i need direction!!!! help please

so i am at a point in my truck where i have to make a life choice;
BAGS or STATIC DROP-
i am already set up for a helluva static drop however, i want to lower the rear more than the 4" i have now.
now, i have been looking into the Porterbuilt setup for the rear. which give me a lot of options for the rear but, most require a compressor and all that jazz for the bags.
for the front i believe i am as low as it gets with 8.5" of drop total(2.5 on spindles,3"springs, and 3"on control arms).

what are your Pros and Cons for bags/static. assume money/time isnt a problem. i have a ton of resources and a VERY loving wife and a 5yr old son that love to modify cars. also LMC truck and Classic Parts are within 65 miles of my current location.

it depends on how you setup the air ride suspension honestly. You're kinda trying to compare apples to oranges. Do you use your truck as a truck or just a driver and rarely put any significant weight in the back? How important is ride quality (do you take long drives or short drives)?

i use the truck as a weekend cruiser for me and the family nothing more. i dont haul anything or track it or anything. it is a toy for us to modify and enjoy.

I,ve bagged mine as mine is a daily driver, this gave me comfort and the ability to raise with load or to drop when parked for the cool look.
Personally I,d be a bit worried with the lowered control arms , in your pic they look like they bottom out if you get a tyre blowout.
The look of your drop though is awesome

That was my thinking too when I saw that pic. Me personally if that's how low you want to be, or perhaps lower, I'd be bagging it. I imagine your truck rides like a static slammed car.

Re: i need direction!!!! help please

well i have been looking into the Porterbuilt front crossmember for additional clearance. on a side note i did let all the air out of one tire and the LCA is less than half an inch from the ground, of course that is on my fairly level garage floor.

as for the ride it took about 2.5hrs to align it and the ride is amazingly good. no body roll, it doesnt wander on the road, and it doesnt bounce like has square wheels.
