Yes, use the entire front crossmember from your `67, it will bolt right up, you`ll will have to drill two extra holes is all in your `63 to `66 frame, will not work on `60 to `62.

Re: will a 67-72 lowering kit work on a 60-66 chev truck??
if the truck is a '60-'62 it will have torsion bars in the front. your kit won't work, however, I was under the impression that the entire crossmember CAN be swapped out, giving you coil springs, etc. you might look in the '60-'66 FAQ section, for instance here's one link:
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=366850 or, maybe better: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...54&postcount=2 the rear trailing arm coils should be the same

Re: will a 67-72 lowering kit work on a 60-66 chev truck??
Even if the truck is a 60-62 the front cross member can be swapped. I swapped my crossmember out for a 73-87 crossmember and all I had to do was drill 4 holes, the other 6 lined up. Sounds like a good deal to me, do it.

I just got a lowering kit from Old Car Centre in Langley, BC. Still in the CPP box and the rear coil set says 60-72 on the box.

Re: will a 67-72 lowering kit work on a 60-66 chev truck??
i think he meant he traded the kennel for the truck, not knowing the truck was stolen

Re: will a 67-72 lowering kit work on a 60-66 chev truck??
but perhaps he traded the kennel and didn't know that it was stolen until later.
