Ok I got the latch assembly all off,I had to look at a couple but I found one that the gear was still nice and tight on the shaft. So its the latch assembly the two rods and the part the handle mounts to. I have it all in a priority mail box and as near as I can tell its gonna cost 13.85 unless I can get it in a medium flat rate box,then it will be 11.35. The problem is the long rod is almost 17 inches so it wont go into that box unless it can squeeze in kitty corner. II will be going to the post office to find out for sure this afternoon. I will pm the total and the payment info after that. Frank
