Exhaust smell in the cab

Just got my pipes extended to behind the rear axle because i was smelling a lot of exhaust int he cab. The smell weakened but can still smell it. I have long tubes with straight piping all the way to the back. Anyone else have this problem?

Re: Exhaust smell in the cab

Could it be running rich? No matter where your exhaust exits, if it's rich it will get into the cab usually. Otherwise, check for leaks from the block all the way back and see that the cab is sealed well.

Yeah this is next on the checklist. Just got it back from the muffler shop today and had all the exhaust leaks fixed so hopefully this works.
