My problem is not how to do it, but how to get to it with tools.

Okay the green is the bed floor, the black is the frame, the red is the bolt, and the blue is the nut. How do you get tools up into the black area underneath the blue nut? Hope this helps.

Take and put a breaker bar with a socket and break them loose.

i tried downloading that program, but i need to know if it changes your computer settings. did you have and pop up/virus issues?
