Re: My 54gmc build
Wow. Thanks guys. im glad to see im not alone in thinking (cant i just finish this one part so i can move on to the next one.) and yes kabwe you are so right. i allready have plans on what i want to build next. Hey i got a great deal on some 20 inch wheels and tires at a local car swap meet last weekend. i only paid $350 for the set and the tires have almost 90% of the tread on them. the wheels are like brand new not a scratch or curb rash on any of them. Im gonna try to get some mock up pictures of them on the truck to see if i like them. Not sure about the design just yet, but i couldnt pass up a great deal... whata guys think???

Re: My 54gmc build
Ya im thinking the same thing. besides that they dont fit my lug pattern on the front. they were supposed to be drilled for 5 on 4-1/2 and 5 on 4-3/4 but there not there 4-1/4 and 4-1/2 so i think ill stick with the rallys until i can afford something i really like. its just hard to pass up a good deal. oh well on to craigslist they go.

Re: My 54gmc build
I would not say anything but you asked. Those wheels do no fit your truck they belong on a new truck or SUV. Please don't build that fabulous truck only to put horrible wheels on it. Keep the rally's for now they look great, and if you want to later put some really nice wheels on it.

Re: My 54gmc build

Re: My 54gmc build
OK .....you did ask, "whata guys think???" I think you should stick with the rallys the stance of your truck & the wheel/tire combo you have now, looks Killer. Maybe you think the rallys are a little on the plain Jane side. You can fix that by swapping out the center caps, here are a couple of low profile center caps you might consider. Also you can paint your wheel center section the same color as the truck. Hope I did not ofend you. The truck is looking good.
