The first thing you need to look at is what you intend to do with the truck and what you are willing to spend total on it. A lot of times you cut into one part it shows more bad stuff so look real hard. If you don't want to spend that much money on it I would sell it and look for some thing better. I would think being in the south you could find something with out a lot of rust.
