gm NOS yellow spicer knobs, pretty sure 1/2 ton. are they for dana 44? what are they worth?

Ign bezel around $15-$20
If the shift indicator housing is plastic, around $20-$25
And the harness around $25

I see the knobs going for $100 pr. Auction prices always vary.
