If they are at all rusty just cut them.
I can't remember what the style of bolt is called but they have the square bit under the cap the goes into a square hole in your bed floor sheet metal. If you round out the hole in your bed it makes re-installation a real pita If you don't have a welder.... Posted via Mobile Device

We went to a Nascar race last year. We had 17 people in the bed of a 3/4 ton ford pickup. Also had 4 more in the cab.

i tried downloading that program, but i need to know if it changes your computer settings. did you have and pop up/virus issues?
