Other ideas for parking brake cable?

How does everyone run their parking brake cables? I have been messing around with the one in my truck and still am not really satisfied. This is the present one that I rigged up but now I want to put my mufflers right behind the transmission crossmember and they are in the way. Any other ideas as what to do? It is a 2 wheel drive by the way.

Cables in the stock location, mufflers under bed.

Re: Other ideas for parking brake cable?

That was my back up plan if I cannot make anything else work. Flowmaster 3 inch Super 44s with a 6 inch drop arent exactly the easiest thing to fit back there tho it doesnt look like to me. Altho will make it work if just have to. The mufflers look like they would get mighty close to the bed floor and I have a sprayed in bed liner as well as a fuel cell directly above where they would have to be then.
