'83 front suspension onto '65 frame - different bolts?

I'm using the upper and lower control arms, spindles, rotors, calipers and complete steering linkage from a ’83 C10 to swap onto my ’65 C10.

Mine were already removed from the donor truck.

Will I be able to use the bolts that hold the ’65 control arms to the front crossmember / frame to bolt on the ’83 control arms?

Anyone know if they are different?

The 'u-bolts' that clamp the lower a-arms to the x-member are a different size on drum brake vs disc brake trucks. You can drill out the x-member for the larger diameter u-bolts or re-use the originals @ some risk since they're smaller/less strength.

Everything else is the same from what I remember....

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Thanks.

I'm close to having the drivetrain out.
