what needs to be done to swap a 350 to a 454 in a 69 GMC.

It also will depend on if you are going with a manual transmission or automatic. The big block have thier own standard transmission bell housing crossmember and bell crank pivit bracket. Radiator shroud, engine towers, motor mounts, driveline, exhaust, automatic transmission linkage frame bracket, radiator hoses, possibly larger radiator along with the brackets to go with it and I am probly still missing stuff, but a lot will depend on weather or not you are going with an automatic or standard transmission...T-400 or T-350...
