24's with these mods???????

Has anybody ever run 24 x 9's with 3 inch drop spindles on the front and 5 inch drop springs on the rear with any problems and if so what did you have to do to make them work. Here is a pic of the wheels and tires if it helps. Thanks for any help

Sorry for the delay guys. Had to cook 200lbs of crawfish for the family outing, This is for my 69 c10 and the backspacing on these wheels is 18mm
