vent window delete (not the whole window)

i'm looking to do a vent window delete to put some mirrors up there. just looking to get some ideas of how some of you guys have done it? any help would be great! thanks!

you will have an awful lot of room there to put a delete why not try to do a conversion from like a 91 burb with the mirrors like that

i WAS THINKING OF THE SAME IDEA. WELDING IN A SOLID PIECE OF METAL AND BOLTING ON A LARGE MORE MODERN EXTENDED TOWING MIRROR. i AM KIND OF FOND OF THE FORD, AS IT IS MORE SQUARE FOR A SQUARE BODY TRUCK.

yeah thats my thought exactly. i know it'll be a lot of room blocked there but i think it will be worth it with a big mirror. i'm looking to do the dodge flip up tow mirrors

Thats cool and then paint the whole filled in area the some colour as the truck

Saw that at a local bodyshop, looks pretty good, bc they had the pwr burb mirrors.
