unless I'm loosing my mind... I just removed my factory original(never touched prior) exhaust manifolds out of my '84 in October and don't recall any square headed bolts. As stated above though there are a few possibilities such as pipe plugs where the A.I.R. tubes once were, or the inverted style which would only be in the passenger side head from the factory.

What are those white looking pipes in 6 of the exhaust ports? What is there purpose?
