Shockwave question
Just wanted to know if there's really a big difference in the single adjustable shock waves and the non adjustable. Spoke with the guy at ride tech and he said it wasn't a big deal most people never turn it on. So I thought I would see if anybody could back that up.

Re: Shockwave question
I am looking to run the select series. That way I can go from sport to comfort on a switch. My Vette has 3 settings and spoiled me. I like to tweek suspensions, though.

Re: Shockwave question
Ya those are a little out of my price range the ride tech guy told me for a cruiser or occasional drivers most people just air them up and drive. It's all new to me he explained the difference in the two but I don't think I really understand it anyway. Do the adjustable ones improve the ride?

Re: Shockwave question
They are adjustable, so the ride CAN be improved, if you know what needs adjusting. But the shock itself is much better than a standard shock, so you are better off to start with. If you aren't looking to adjust the setting (either rebound or compression, not sure what1 you get), then no point in having that feature, so save the coin for beer.
My whole build is outside of any sort of budget at this point. ![]()
