offically lost with my gauges

hey guys so basically last year i had a stereo issue so i found a bad ground and fixed the ground but in the prosess i bumped to wires under the dash ( both black ) and now my tail lights . license plate light and gauges wont work? i checked my fuse block and my switch both are fine i know they are on the same circuit so if the back lights go out i know because my gauges go out aswell but i have no idea where else to look. are there any in line fuses links or anything you can think of or any solutions?

The problem is the cluster 12v + circuit not grounds. They share the same fuse.
The grounds are separate. The gauges and gauge lights ground behind the dash. The tail lights ground to a tab on the bedside behind the driver taillight housing and the plate lights ground to the bumper or license frame.
