Hood pins

Who in here has pictures of their hood pins? I have a glass hood (I don't trust the latch). With the weird shape of these hoods, I'm drawing a blank... please inspire me.

Re: Hood pins

I 'reverse' pinned my 66..... by that I mean I put the 'pins' in the underside of the hood and they protrude trough the inner fender panel and are hairpinned under there inside the wheel well.
You can kinda see the pins at the underside of the hood in this pic,,,, the prop rods fold back and are clipped under the hod, and the pins stick through the holes when the hoodis closed.

Re: Hood pins

That's pretty crafty Marv. Now I'm kinda thinking of mixing your design with the pins hot rod was talking about. (I can leave anything alone)

Marv, I know you bracket race your old farm truck a bunch. I assume your tech inspectors like your design?

I'm most likely going to hang a gear vendors on my old heap in a month or so, I don't like the way the hood moves around now. I want to correct the issue before any more highway driving happens. I can see the latch ripped out of my up22 piece-o-s**t hood...

Thanks for the input/pictures guys...
